TN Reservation Service

Primarily covering hotels, this service offers on-line confirmation for reservations at more than 38,000 quality properties, in more than 34 countries around the world. Reservations can be made up to 330 days in advance of your arrival date.

Bookings with this reservation service are handled by either an 'Auto Booker' or a 'Live Agent'. Reservation requests going through the 'Auto Booker' will be responded to, on your screen within seconds of your request. All 'Live Agent' requests will be handled in the order received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some hotels do not confirm reservations immediately (most foreign and some domestic). In this case, you will receive a letter from the reservation service without a confirmation number. Your reservation IS NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation number from the reservation service. In some cases, you will be required to submit a credit card number at the time of booking in order for the hotel to hold your room and send a confirmation number. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out of the hotel, unless the type of room you selected states that a deposit is required. The room rate is per night and will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. Taxes and miscellaneous charges are not included in the room rate. The tax rate at the hotel is listed in the Info section of the hotel description. Special 'sold out availability' reservations are booked through a consolidator. As such, your name will not appear at the hotel until a week before your arrival date. The room is booked, however the hotel just doesn't know that you will be the person staying in it. It takes a minimum of 24 hours before your 'standard' reservation details reach the hotel computer system. The room is booked, however the hotel just hasn't input your details into their system yet.

Cancel a reservation with Reservation Service #3 -
Cancellation periods vary from one hotel to another. The standard increments are to cancel the room(s) by 4 or 6 PM, or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to your specified arrival. If you cancel before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty (the exception is special 'sold out availability' reservations, which apply a $50.00 cancellation fee). Canceling after this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee. Read the hotel description to determine the cancellation policy of your hotel.
